Freight Damage
DAMAGED GOODS
- All shipments must be inspected for damage before signing for delivery.
- Damages must be reported to Harloff customer service within 12 days.
- Photographs are required of damage.
- Please save all boxes and packaging materials.
- Damaged reported outside 12 days will not be eligible for damage reimbursement.
